Philip L. Hoff
Attorney Hoff was born and raised in Wisconsin. He grew up in Hill Point, a small farming community, where his father was the local pastor. His interest in law began when he decided not to follow in his father's footsteps, but knew he still wanted to help people. In 2000, he graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Platteville with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History. While at Platteville, Phil was a mock trial All-American. In 2004, he graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School with a Juris Doctor. Phil attended law school on a full academic scholarship. Phil has been practicing in Manitowoc County since 2005 and opened his own firm in 2009. He specializes in criminal defense. He lives in Manitowoc with his wife and daughter. In his spare time, he volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters and Heart-A-Rama and is a member of Grace Lutheran Church. Phil is also a past member of the Manitowoc County Board and a current member of the Rahr-West Art Museum Board.
